ABOUT 1 TO 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

LIVFIT personal training consists of a private face to face 60-minute session with Liv. The training sessions consist of focusing on your individual goals, whether that’s fat loss, confidence building, toning, muscle gain or improving your overall health and fitness. And most importantly finding a way of training that you enjoy! I am here to wholly support you throughout the process and any bumps in the road that may occur along the way.

OVERVIEW

  • 60 minute private 1 to 1 session.

  • Option for x 2 people private 60min sessions.

  • Group sessions x 3 or more.

  • Private PT home sessions. Full range of transferable equipment available to bring.

  • Goal setting.

  • A variety of training methods you enjoy.

  • Zoom sessions.

  • All 1 to 1 sessions can be booked around your schedule and availability, with transferable equipment available, you can choose to train at a location of your choice, your home, or at my private training space.
